Ed is Co-founder and Executive Chef of STEM + STEM, honing his craft currently as Executive Chef under Nieves Barragán Mohacho at Lagado, and previously at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay under Clare Smyth, The Waterside Inn with Michel Roux Jr., and more. Gosia brings her DipWSET qualification and passion for approachable wine education. Dee, trained at McQueens with a long career in buying departments of household names such as Burberry, brings a sharp eye for curation and style to every arrangement.
