Rathfinny’s Classic Cuvée is a vintage English sparkling wine crafted on the family-run estate in East Sussex, just three miles from the Channel. Made using only estate-grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, this traditional method wine is aged for 36 months on lees, bringing depth and a creamy texture.
Expect vivid aromas of grapefruit, red apple and brioche. The palate is focused and fresh, with zesty acidity, fine bubbles and a rich, biscuity finish.
Rathfinny is one of only a few B Corp-certified UK wine producers — sustainability is at the heart of everything they do.
