Chardonnay from old-vine parcels in Saint-Aubin, Burgundy, grown on limestone-rich soils that lend precision and minerality. Produced by Marc Colin, one of the appellation’s most respected domaines, with gentle pressing and fermentation in oak barrels for added texture.
Tasting notes
Pale gold with aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and subtle hazelnut. Elegant and finely structured on the palate, with fresh citrus, chalky minerality, and a long, refined finish.
