Your hosts

Ed is Co-founder and Executive Chef of Stem and Stem, currently honing his craft as Executive Chef under Nieves Barragán Mohacho at Lagado, and previously at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay under Clare Smyth and The Waterside Inn with Michel Roux Jr. Gosia holds her DipWSET and brings a passion for approachable, confident wine education. Dee, trained at McQueens with a career in buying at Burberry and Topshop, brings a sharp eye for curation and style to every arrangement.
