As night falls on Bow Lane, Creation Wines and Stem + Stem invite you to table for an immersive exploration of Hemel-en-Aarde terroir — one of the world’s most distinctive cool-climate wine regions, tucked into the hills above Walker Bay in South Africa.
Joining us in person is Carolyn Martin, co-founder of Creation Wines, who will host the evening and guide you through nine wines: textured Chardonnays, restrained Syrahs and the Pinot Noirs that have made Creation one of the most talked-about estates in the Southern Hemisphere.
In the kitchen, Ed and the team have created a five-course menu built around the wines using the UK’s finest spring produce, layered with floral and botanical notes that echo the landscape behind the glass.
