Fresh Flower Sales
All fresh flower sales are final due to their perishable nature. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction under the following conditions:
- Reporting Issues: Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged Bouquets: We will replace any bouquet damaged during shipping.
- Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds. If a resolution is not possible, a store credit may be provided.
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: Returns are not accepted based on personal preference or dislike of the arrangement.
- Care Responsibility: To ensure longevity, recipients must re-cut and water the flowers. Lack of proper care will affect their lifespan.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar varieties due to seasonal availability or stock shortages, ensuring a comparable look and feel.
Natural Lifespan
Different flowers have varying lifespans. For instance, carnations may outlast guelder roses. This variation is inherent in natural products.
Lifestyle Items
For lifestyle items, returns are accepted under these conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- For plants or flowers, contact us immediately upon receipt and provide photographs to info@stemandstem.com.
