One of the reasons we put a flower studio inside a restaurant was to host properly.
Our workshops are ingredient-led — built around what’s growing and what the season dictates. Rather than following a formula, we encourage people to be creative, to develop an eye for sourcing flowers with confidence, and to understand why the season always brings the best quality. Flowers, like ingredients, are at their finest when you let nature lead.
Dee brings eight years of floristry — working across UK weddings and top London studios — alongside fifteen years in fashion buying, and with it the confidence to source with intention and trust the eye over the rulebook.
Combine the workshop with lunch or dinner from our kitchen, led by Michelin-trained chef Ed Boarland. Restaurant-quality food, wine and flowers — all on Bow Lane, EC4.
