One of the reasons we put a flower studio inside a restaurant was to host properly.
Our workshops are ingredient-led, built around what’s growing and what the season dictates. Rather than following a formula, we encourage people to be creative, to develop an eye for sourcing flowers with confidence, and to understand why the season always brings the best quality. Flowers, like ingredients, are at their finest when you let nature lead.
Every workshop is hosted by Dee, our co-founder. She trained at McQueens and spent 15 years in fashion at British brands such as Burberry and Dune London before moving into floristry, so she brings a sharp eye for colour, styling and visual presentation alongside the floral skills, something that’s proven especially popular with brand activations and client entertaining.
Combine the workshop with lunch or dinner from our kitchen, and you have restaurant-quality food, wine and flowers, all on Bow Lane, EC4.

Shared Studio
Small Group Workshops (6-12 people)
Your workshop takes place during regular service, in and among our flower studio and restaurant. Relaxed, informal, and ideal for smaller groups. Available Monday–Friday
Exclusive Hire
Larger Groups (13-24 people)
