Stem + Stem creates natural, seasonal flower designs for London events — shaped by the space, the season, and the atmosphere you want your guests to walk into.

We work across a broad range of events, bringing the same garden-led, considered approach to each one. Whether the brief is architectural and minimal or abundant and immersive, the starting point is always the same — what’s growing, what’s beautiful right now, and what serves the room.

What we design for

Corporate Events & Private Dining Table arrangements, entrance displays and ambient florals for corporate dinners, client entertaining, press evenings and private celebrations. We work with a number of City of London businesses and can accommodate everything from a single centrepiece to full venue dressing. Our space works perfectly for private dining situated on Bow Lane, EC4 for seated events up to 36 guests — [enquire about private hire here].

Brand Launches & Activations Flowers for brand moments — window installations, product launch backdrops, press day florals and campaign shoots. We understand that brand aesthetics matter and work closely with creative and PR teams to ensure every arrangement is on brief, on palette and photographable. Based in the City of London with experience working across central London venues.

Filming & Photography Seasonal British flowers for editorial shoots, commercial filming, set dressing and content creation. We can work to a mood board, a colour palette, or a single reference image — and source from our network of British growers to ensure the flowers are genuine, textural and true to the season.

Weddings For couples wanting something considered and personal rather than off a production line. Our wedding floristry is bespoke, foam-free and rooted in the best of what’s growing on your date. [Find out more about our wedding flowers here].

How we work

Every event enquiry starts with a conversation about the brief, the space and the budget. We’ll be straightforward about what’s achievable and what isn’t — and if we think something different would serve the space better, we’ll tell you.

Dee brings fifteen years in fashion buying to every project — working across global brands, managing suppliers, following creative briefs and delivering to deadline. That background shapes how we approach event work. We’re used to operating within brand guidelines, collaborating with creative directors and PR teams, and understanding that on a shoot or a launch day, nothing can be approximate.
